November’s Hottie of the Month is a new-to-me hottie.  While watching one of my favorite shows, Ugly Betty, I was totally distracted from the storyline when the newest character, Connor Owens, appeared on screen.  That accent, those eyes, and that chiseled face held me spellbound. Needless to say, I had to find out who this hottie is.
