I’ve actually read this book twice since I got it (I finished it again this morning). I read Kleypas’ Wallflower series and fell in love with her writing. This was the first of the Hathaway Novels that I read, but I immediately loved all characters, and was happy to see a bridge to characters from the Wallflower books.

I had to reread it after starting at the beginning of the series, and was still in love with it. Although, I think there are some small differences with the timeline for the books, which can be sort of bothersome. However, it was a really great read and I’m excited for Leo’s story with Marks.

I liked it a lot, they fit each other, was a good romance. And now, I really can’t wait even more for Leo’s story and more about Cat Marks with what we find out here and the bit at the end.

Sorry not my type of novel. I like my romances woven in with high adventure and exciting science fiction type. But then I’m a man.

I just started this book and so far it’s a very good read. While Rutledge is ruthless, he’s not a villain in the same sense that Sebastian St. Vincent was.

I like how Leo has grown iwith each book. He’s gone from a very dark character to a very witty one. I also enjoy how Amelia and Cam are clearly the head of the family. Kev is older, but Cam has taken this family under his wing.

Last, even though it’s Poppy’s story, you will learn more about Miss Mark’s past.

Great review. I loved Mine Till Midnight, liked Seduce me at Sunrise and can not wait for Leo and Miss Marks, but for now will settle for Poppy.
