Wow, Fedora, I am embarrassed – I could’t figure any of them out. I’ll be in denial and say it’s lack of caffeine. Good job!

I won’t even try—the only one that sorta came to mind was Kiss of a Demon King heh.

I’m not good at these things.

    Go, Fedora!

Well, two, three, and ten really jumped out at me:
    2. Kiss of a Demon King by Kresley Cole
    3. Wicked Burn by Beth Kery
    10. Seducing a Scottish Bride by Sue-Ellen Welfonder

The first thing that jumped to mind for eleven was Trial by Fire by Jo Davis, but fire isn’t really synonymous with dignity.

Now I’m off to work on the others, even though I’m pretty sure Fedora is right. :)

Okay, thanks to the Save the Contemporary campaign being run by the Dear Authors & Smart Bitches, I’m pretty sure I’ve figured out number five:
    5. Smooth Talking Stranger by Lisa Kleypas

Maria – how do you think these contests up? You’re amazing! I’ll give them a go but some of the titles I’m thinking of are….scary :)

I have to agree with orannia, Maria, you’re amazing. I really love this contest.

So, after spending a bit of time trying to figure out the other 7 titles, I ended up with the same titles as Fedora. Here they are in order:
    1. Irrersistible Forces by Brenda Jackson
    2. Kiss of a Demon King by Kresley Cole
    3. Wicked Burn by Beth Kery
    4. The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan
    5. Smooth Talking Stranger by Lisa Kleypas
    6. Kitty Raises Hell by Carrie Vaughn
    7. Between a Rock and a Heart Place by Natale Stenzel
    8. Pleasures of the Forbidden Valley by Diana Mercury
    9. Too Hot for a Spy by Pearl Wolf
    10. Seducing a Scottish Bride by Sue-Ellen Welfonder
    11. Questions of Honor by Kate Welsh

While some of those were really hard, I had a great time figuring them out (even if I didn’t get them right). Thanks for the hours of fun! :)

Thanks everyone for playing the game! I can see I didn’t stump Fedora or Karin – nicely played. You both win a book. Send your snail mail addresses to alphamail@romancenovel.tv – and give me an idea of what sub-genre you prefer; i.e., contemporary, historical, paranormal, etc.
