I’m delighted you like the name. I swear that when I was growing up only little old grandmothers had that name. Now I see little girls with that name…and a lot of golden retrievers!

Yeah, you always know you have a live one when they say “I love you” on the first date. Can’t decide if that is more off putting than Mr. Stand The Girls Up.

Hello Sophia,

Love your name, btw. It was one of the names I had on my list of girl names. I just had a baby last year. I love the name Sophia as it just brings to mind the image of grace, sophistication, and beauty. In the end, we settled on Julie Claire which is so spunky and fitting for my little one, as it turns out.

Anyway, I’ve never played MatchMaker that I can recall but I have been the “victim” of matchmaking. Does that count? Actually, I got set up with a guy that proceeded to tell me that he was in love with me on the first date (before dessert even!) Followed by a guy that stood me up…not once but twice! Doh! After those two blind dates, I went on my own search for Mr. Right and boy did I find him. Now, happily married and baby in arms.

I love MatchMaker stories though. The world of dating is so harsh. I don’t wish it on anyone. I’ve so been there and done that.

I’m looking forward to checking out your book.

Hi, Kim.
Rowland does not make an appearance in the Four Dukes and a Devil anthology. He is far too busy plotting evil practical jokes on my muse. BUT, Grace, Michael, Ata and Luc do appear–in 2 short scenes. In fact, those scenes are some of my favorites. And like all my stories, each is a “stand alone” meaning they do NOT have to be read in any order. In fact, many people like to read them out of order!

What color is your dachshund? Mine is a red/brown short hair. There is a picture of Coco on my website in “The Muse Unleashed” section for this new book. Are these dogs not the most loyal, loveable, protective animals ever?
